I ordered a part for my Genesis Hydrovac just before 8pm last night. I immediately received … More email confirmation and an explanation of the payment process. A few minutes after paying, I received a second email confirming receipt and advising that my order would be delivered before 12H00 the next day. I was skeptical, but at 11H00 this morning, I received a call from Phill advising that he was en route to my house! I had the part in hand within less than 24hours and this after placing the order after normal work hours - I was gobsmacked!! I would happily recommend these guys to anyone who asks
